Browsing the web is among 21st century fundamental need. Internet in most Africa countries are prepaid (pay before you use) there are less or no public WiFi in many place. Only few major hotels and restaurants offer public WIFI service to customers.
The most accessible means to Internet are through mobile telecoms, which you will have to buy data plans before you'll be able to connect.
If you want high speed internet connection at home or working site, Starlink is an option.
